Bonnie, Blake, Becky, Bevin, Buffy, and Brandy - and everyone else who is part of the family. I am so sorry to hear about Bill. Every once in a while you get news that just stops you in your tracks for a second. That's how I felt when I heard the news about Bill's passing. Partly because it was unexpected, but also I think because he was such a big part of my childhood. Not only was he one of my best friend's dad, but he was a hockey coach, sports team chauffeur, super-fan at games, dispenser of wisdom, and every other day he showed up at the farm to pick up milk. He was everywhere! I'll never forget his sharp wit, infectious laugh, and love of a good practical joke. I can honestly think of a hundred memories of BIll, all filled with laughter and friendship. I will remember him fondly. Hugs to all of you as you move through this difficult transition. Jamie

Deepest sympathies to the whole family, Bill was a good one always a smile on his face or a chuckle of some kind. I met your dad many years ago when I had the Mac's Store in Wingham (now the subway building) and him and Karl Lang were 2 of my regular customers in the wee hours of the morning when they would stop for their coffee on their way to the city for the milk run. He would have a story or piece of advice of some kind to tell me while making his coffee. Everyone has their own memories and I am sure your family has a lot to hold onto and carry forward and help you through this difficult time. Sending hugs and warm thoughts your way.

I'm sorry for the loss of Bill. He was such an active member of the community when I was growing up. I have a great many memories of him coaching hockey and baseball throughout the years but I have especially pleasant memories of conversations with him when he would visit our farm to pick up milk. I remember one summer I was trying to get the wheel lug nuts off of a farm wagon, which were rusted, and Bill taught me how to use a pipe to increase the leverage and get them off.
