Jody was a well-respected member of The Heat and Frost Insulators Local 95 union. He thoroughly enjoyed his career and made many friendships over the years.

Always up for an adventure, Jody loved fishing, travelling and spending time at the cottage in Point Clark.  He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and co-workers.

Our family wishes to thank the Wingham Oncology Department and the Veerspeeten Family Cancer Center in London for the excellent care shown to Jody over the last two years and more recently to Vicky and Landa with VON and Dr. Susan Horsfall for their care while Jody finished his journey at home. To all of our family and friends, thank you for the tremendous support you’ve shown our family, we will never be able to truly show our appreciation.

Following Jody’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A time to reminisce, celebrate and honour his life will be held at the home of Kevin and Jodie Collins (24 Railway Street, Teeswater) on Sunday, June 29th, 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m., with remembrances shared at 2 p.m.
