Obituary of Marjorie Lamont
Marjorie Anne Lamont (née Elphick) formerly of Teeswater, passed away at Brucelea Haven in Walkerton on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, at age 87.
Wife of the late Donald Lamont (November 14, 2024).
Remembered by her children, Kim Dent (Jim), Linda Lamont, Susan Riley (Ken), Bud Lamont (Stephanie), Dale Lamont (Natasha), Dawn Schiestel (Ken) and Scott Lamont, 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Survived by her brother JD Elphick (Cathy), brothers-in-law Joe Zettler, Larry Lamont and Albin Hauck, along with several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Carl and Aileen (née Hetsler) Elphick, and siblings Gladys Zettler, Donald Elphick (Diane), Robert Elphick (Norma), Carol Lamont and Sharon Hauck and in-laws, Marjorie Hill (Ron), Betty Clark and Bud Lamont.
A private family funeral service will be held at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater.
Interment Durham Road Baptist Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Salem United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
