I have many fond memories of Grandma. I remember when I was in elementary school, Grandma was working at the Lucknow flower shop, writing for the local paper and driving the school bus at my school. On several occasions, she would check in with the Principal to see how I was doing. They would have many chats and I would see her almost every day. I still remember her big full laughter as she got her daily update. I remember spending many summers with Mike and my siblings at Grandma's home playing tag, flying kites, playing pool, video games, and enjoying the pool. Grandma was always so welcoming to all of us and I have many fond summer memories. Grandma was always good to my family and always welcomed all of us with a smile and open arms. When my family moved out West, even though she was getting up in years, she managed to come several times for a visit. She met all of my daughters and her great-grandchildren. Grandma also always sent me a Christmas card every year until she was unable to do so. I always treasured hearing about how everyone was doing and how she was doing. She will be so deeply missed. I send my heartfelt condolences to the rest of the family and to those who were close to her.
