Obituary of Geraldine White

Geraldine "Gerry" Rosella White of R. R. #2 Teeswater passed away at Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, October 6th, 2012 in her 83rd year. The former Geraldine Butler, beloved wife of Norman White of R. R. #2 Teeswater. Loving mother of Joseph Clancy and Cecilia White of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Mary and Terry O'Malley of Elmwood, Jane and Allan Langeraap of Mount Forest, Tom and Donna White of Simcoe and Laura and Philip Kennedy of Chesley Lake. Missed by grandchildren Thomas, Caitlin, Max and Leah White, Clancy O'Malley, Sam and Abby White, Calum, Lillian and Natalie Kennedy, step-grandchildren Kristyn Langeraap, Robin Croft (John) and Adam Langeraap and step-great-grandchildren Ben and Eric Croft. Also survived by her siblings Betty and Wallace Annett of Bothwell, Jim and Beverley Butler of Oakdale and Mary Kathryn and Jim Winder of Sarnia. Fondly remembered by brother-in-law Edward and Nora White of London and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Clancy and Mary (MacIntyre) Butler and sister Laura McGuire and her husband Bill.

Visitation

Tiffin Funeral Home (The funeral home can be accessed as usual from Clinton Street. However, due to the construction, Clinton Street south of the funeral home is closed. Therefore, please to travel to the funeral home using the detour currently in place on the east side of the town. Parking is available on both sides of Clinton Street near the funeral home.) Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Service

Teeswater United Church (13 Elizabeth Street South). The church can be accessed as usual from Elizabeth Street. However, due to construction, the south end of Teeswater is closed. Therefore, please to travel to the church using the detour currently in place on the east side of the town. Parking is limited near the church. However, additional parking is available at the Fairgrounds located at the end of James Street. Wednesday, October 10th, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
