Obituary of Florence Gorel
Florence Marie Gorel (née Schill) of Mildmay, formerly of Alberta and Teeswater, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Monday, November 5th, 2018, in her 91st year.
Beloved wife of the late Victor Gorel who predeceased her in 1998.
Loving mother of Raeanne Gorel of Calgary, Wayne Gorel of Campbellford, Stanley Gorel (Jennette) of Newfoundland, Paul Gorel (Lisa) of Goderich, David Gorel of Calgary and Rod Gorel of Mildmay.
Missed by her 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Fondly remembered by sister Marie Halter (Edward) of Kitchener, sister-in-law Wilma Schill of Kitchener and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by grandson Steven Gorel, brothers Jerome Schill (Fernanda), Elmer Schill (Rita), Lawrence Schill (Virginia) and infant brother Francis Schill, sisters Doris Fischer (Jim), Isabel Downes (Bob) and Beatrice Szasz (Bill) and step-brothers, Clayton Meyer and Leonard Meyer (Isabel).
Florence’s funeral mass will be celebrated from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Teeswater on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with Reverend Father Michael Anderson as celebrant.
Inurnment Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery.
