Obituary of Myrtle Grant

Myrtle May Grant of Nine Mile Villa, Lucknow and formerly of Teeswater passed away peacefully at Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 in her 99th year. The former Myrtle Dustow, beloved wife of the late Gordon Grant who predeceased her in 1968. Dear mother of Jim Grant and his wife Phyllis of Elmira. Missed by grandchildren, Shaun Grant (Elizabeth) of British Columbia, Michael Grant of British Columbia and Lisa Grant of England. Fondly remembered by her brother Oliver Dustow (Hilda) of Mildmay, sister Doris Yack of Kitchener, brother-in-law Charlie Perrott of Guelph, special friends John and Joyce MacDonald and Donna and the late David Stobo all of Teeswater. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Frederick and Lulu (Wylie) Dustow, son Robert Grant in 1979, sisters Beatrice Brophy and Irene Perrott, brothers-in-law Harvey Robb, Gerald Brophy and Homer Yack and sister-in-law Elsie Grant.
